Intelligent Homes was formed in 2003 after its owner Neil Palin, who has been in the UAE for 18 years, decided that the market was primed for the introduction of high quality and fully supported home automation systems. Intelligent Homes has been a member of CEDIA (Custom Electronic Design & Installation Association) since 2002.

Our design and installation professionals are trained and certified in all areas of home systems integration including multi-room audio, home theater, lighting control, smart home wiring, and home automation.
